Compact, silent unit with a garden view, and consistently courteous staff.

The staff were understanding and provided help. The service here was welcoming.

Delicious and sensational breakfasts with beverages and hot options, for example, everyone could try something new. The staff was superbly friendly with local information.

Exceptionally kind staff and stunning location close to everything or close to transport that will get you everywhere, everything was high quality. The breakfast was delicious with healthy food and beverages, as example, and the restaurant's offer was excellent.  

Old-fashioned hotel in a very nice area not far from Close to bus station as well as travelling around Berlin. Delicious breakfast with the offerings; competent staff.

Stayed at Mercure for a business trip. Great location, minutes from Naturkundemuseum U-Bahn station. The breakfast was excellent, and the bathroom was nice with a large desk. The room had a kettle and cups, plus teabags 

Healthy meals, overall everything was wonderful.

Good staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. Our suite with nice decor in the hallways, the bedroom, as for instance was quiet.

Central location, good service at the reception. Rooms are good size, cleaning was good.

At check in, bathroom was equipped with towels and washing cloths. Day two, washing cloths were removed, but not replaced. Room was equipped with a small bottle of water. Since day one, this was never replaced. Pillows in the room were no good.

We loved this place - great and stunningly beautiful hotel.
